SHREK

"Shrek" is an animated comedy written by Ted Elliott, Terry Lucio and others, directed by Andrew Adamson and Vicki Johnson, and voiced by Mike Myers, Cameron Diaz, Eddie Murphy, and John Little. The film was released in the United States on May 18, 2001.
The film is based on the picture book of the same name by children's book author William Steiger and is also the first film in the series produced by DreamWorks. It tells the story of a green monster named Shrek who comes to the fairy tale kingdom and accepts the lord's conditions to save the princess.
As of May 27, 2024, it has grossed a total of $488 million worldwide. And in 2002, it won the Best Animated Feature Award at the 74th Academy Awards
